This product is a highly alkaline, foaming, chlorinated cleaner which is perfect for food processing applications and is suitable for dispensing through foaming, steam, or pressure equipment. This economical concentrate effectively removes grease, oil, carbonized soils, mold and mildew stains, and virtually all types of food soils.
